Blessed be the everlasting God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be praised for His abounding mercy, His majesty be adored. When from the dead He raised His Son with exceeding greatness of His Power and His might which is available for those who believe. God raised Him and exalted Him far above all and crowned Him with glory and occupied a place of honour and authority. He is seated and clothed with a garment down to the foot and girt about the breasts with a golden girdle in all His dignity.
His resurrection and exaltation gave us a blessed hope. In fact, He has begotten us again unto a living hope. It is truly an encouraging hope, transforming hope, purifying hope, courageous hope and comforting hope. Above all, Christ the hope of glory dwelleth in us.
Saints by the power of God are kept and we walk by faith as strangers here, but Christ shall come and call us home in glory. When our loved ones will rise first, we who remain shall join them and will be gathered together unto the Lord in glory. The very first time , we will behold His glorious face and will become like Him. So, we shall be transformed morally and physically for we shall see Him as He is. Then, no more separation, but always with the Lord and we will experience unhindered fellowship, being together at and around the Tree of Life, Christ up in glory.
And God has fixed the happy day,
When the last tear shall dim our eyes, When He will wipe these tears away. And fill our hearts with glad surprise.To hear His voice, and see His face, And know the fullness of His grace. When sin no more obstructs the sight, And flesh and sense deceive no more, When we shall see the prince of light, And all His works of grace explore;
What heights and depths of love divine. Will there through endless ages shine! What will it be to dwell above, And with the Lord of glory reign? Since the blest knowledge of His love. So brightens all this dreary plain; No heart can think, no tongue can tell. What joy ’twill be with Christ to dwell….Because, we have fullness of joy in the presence of the Lord and at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Have a blessed Christo-Centeric Lord’s day with every blessing.
