Charitable Activities

“This is how we know what love is: Christ gave His life for us. We too, then, ought to give our lives for others! If we are rich and see others in need, yet close our hearts against them, how can we claim that we love God? My children, our love should not be just words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action” [1 John 3:16-18].

“… as often as we have the chance, we should do good to everyone, and especially to those who belong to our family in the faith” [Galatians 6:10].

In a limited way GLS reaches out to the needs not only of Christians but also of our other fellow citizens. Some of the areas where we extend help are the following:

• Medical Emergency
• Educational Needs
• Relief of the Poor
• Orphanges
• Naturual calamaties that strike the country at various times.
